All reservations are subject to availability and do not constitute a binding agreement until confirmed by us. A reservation shall be deemed confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit payment.

Participation applies to both shore and boat dives under our standard dive program. Specific dive sites are not guaranteed, as site selection depends on factors including, but not limited to, weather conditions, sea state, operational considerations, and diver certification and experience.

Upon confirmation of the reservation, a deposit payment is required.
The deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, in accordance with applicable Greek law, which governs all transactions, services, and activities related to this agreement.

Die remaining balance shall be payable upon arrival, as outlined in the payment summary provided at the time of booking, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

In the event that a cruise ship, airline, or other carrier alters its schedule, including but not limited to cancellation of the Mykonos stop or reduction of time in port, the non-refundable policy remains fully applicable.

Any claims for compensation arising from such schedule changes must be pursued directly with the carrier or operator, as we bear no responsibility for third-party transport decisions or changes.

In the event that we cancel the program due to operational, safety, or force majeure reasons, you will be entitled to a full refund of all payments made for the canceled program.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel specific dive sites, schedules, or activities when required for safety or operational reasons. As noted above, specific dive sites cannot be guaranteed due to variable conditions such as weather, sea state, and diver experience levels.

In Übereinstimmung mit dem griechischen Gesetz können wir keine Rückerstattungen für Stornierungen anbieten, sobald eine legale Quittung ausgestellt wurde.

Aus diesem Grund, alle Zahlungen sind endgültig und nicht erstattungsfähigund wir bemühen uns, dies klar und deutlich zu kommunizieren, bevor eine Gebühr berechnet wird. Diese Politik wird sowohl auf unserer Website als auch in der gesamten Reservierungskorrespondenz vor der Zahlung angegeben.

Bitte beachten Sie auch, dass Sie sich mit der Bestätigung einer Tauchreservierung einen bestimmten Platz auf unserem Tauchboot und in unserem Programm sichern. Da der Platz begrenzt ist, ist dieser Platz ausschließlich für Sie reserviert und kann im Falle einer Stornierung nicht an einen anderen Gast verkauft werden.
