In accordance with Greek law, once a legal receipt has been issued, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations.

For this reason, all payments are final and non-refundable, and we make every effort to communicate this clearly before any charge is processed. This policy is stated both on our website and in all reservation correspondence prior to payment.

Please also note that when you confirm a dive reservation, you are securing a specific place on our dive boat and program. As space is limited, that spot is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be sold to another guest in the event of cancellation.
