  1. \u039a\u03c1\u03ac\u03c4\u03b7\u03c3\u03b7 \u03ba\u03b1\u03b9 \u03b5\u03c0\u03b9\u03b2\u03b5\u03b2\u03b1\u03af\u03c9\u03c3\u03b7<\/strong>

    All reservations are subject to availability and do not constitute a binding agreement until confirmed by us. A reservation shall be deemed confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit payment<\/strong>.<\/p>

    Participation applies to both shore and boat dives<\/strong> under our standard dive program. Specific dive sites are not guaranteed<\/strong>, as site selection depends on factors including, but not limited to, weather conditions, sea state, operational considerations, and diver certification and experience.<\/p><\/li>

  2. \u03a0\u03bf\u03bb\u03b9\u03c4\u03b9\u03ba\u03ae \u03c0\u03bb\u03b7\u03c1\u03c9\u03bc\u03ae\u03c2 \u03ba\u03b1\u03b9 \u03b5\u03c0\u03b9\u03c3\u03c4\u03c1\u03bf\u03c6\u03ae\u03c2 \u03c7\u03c1\u03b7\u03bc\u03ac\u03c4\u03c9\u03bd<\/strong>

    Upon confirmation of the reservation, a deposit payment is required<\/strong>.
    The deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances<\/strong>, in accordance with applicable Greek law<\/strong>, which governs all transactions, services, and activities related to this agreement.<\/p>

    \u03a4\u03bf remaining balance<\/strong> shall be payable upon arrival<\/strong>, as outlined in the payment summary provided at the time of booking, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.<\/p><\/li>

  3. \u0394\u03b9\u03b1\u03b4\u03b9\u03ba\u03b1\u03c3\u03af\u03b1 \u03c0\u03bb\u03b7\u03c1\u03c9\u03bc\u03ae\u03c2<\/strong>
    Payment instructions will be provided via email and may include a secure online payment link<\/strong> directing you to a certified banking or payment processing environment. By completing the payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and agree to these Terms and Conditions.<\/li>
  4. \u0391\u03bb\u03bb\u03b1\u03b3\u03ad\u03c2 \u03c3\u03c4\u03b9\u03c2 \u03b7\u03bc\u03b5\u03c1\u03bf\u03bc\u03b7\u03bd\u03af\u03b5\u03c2 \u03ba\u03c1\u03ac\u03c4\u03b7\u03c3\u03b7\u03c2<\/strong>
    Requests to modify reservation dates are subject to availability and operational feasibility. Payments already made may, at our discretion, be transferred to alternative dates or programs<\/strong>.
    No refunds will be issued<\/strong>, in line with the non-refundable payment policy<\/a>.<\/li>
  5. Carrier or Schedule Changes<\/strong>

    In the event that a cruise ship, airline, or other carrier alters its schedule, including but not limited to cancellation of the Mykonos stop or reduction of time in port, the non-refundable policy remains fully applicable<\/strong>.<\/p>

    Any claims for compensation arising from such schedule changes must be pursued directly with the carrier or operator<\/strong>, as we bear no responsibility for third-party transport decisions or changes.<\/p><\/li>

  6. Program Cancellation by Us<\/strong>

    In the event that we cancel the program due to operational, safety, or force majeure reasons, you will be entitled to a full refund of all payments made for the canceled program<\/strong>.<\/p>

    We reserve the right to modify or cancel specific dive sites, schedules, or activities when required for safety or operational reasons. As noted above, specific dive sites cannot be guaranteed<\/strong> due to variable conditions such as weather, sea state, and diver experience levels.<\/p><\/li>

  7. Payments<\/strong>
