How do I get to Mykonos?

Mykonos island is easily accessible by plane. Many European cities have direct frequent flights to Mykonos, and there are daily flights from Athens El. Venizelos Airport (approximately 90 euros each way, flight time 20 minutes).

There are also daily morning and afternoon ferries from Athens, departing from Rafina or Piraeus port. The ferries depart between 07.30-08.30am and 16.00-17.30pm. The journey time is 2-3 hours or 5-6 hours depending on whether you take the regular or high speed ferry.

How do I get to the Dive Center?

Mykonos Diving Center is located on Paradise Beach, behind Tropicana bar/restaurant. Paradise Beach is on the south side of the island, between Super Paradise and Paranga. There are regular buses from Mykonos town, just 4.5km away, and there is a good taxi service on the island. There are signs for the center along the road and also off the beach - look for our dive flag to guide you.

What clothing should I bring?

Mykonos is generally hot and sunny throughout the summer season, but it can get cooler when the wind is blowing. Bring light summer clothes, with a spare sweatshirt.

Rain is a possibility in early May and late September, and we would recommend bringing some spare warm clothes in April, May and October for the cooler evenings. Always remember your sunscreen!

For diving with us, all you need to bring is a swimsuit, towel and your diving licence.
